Not a grill but a smoker rec needed

Looking to buy a smoker for the hubby, what's a brand you recommend? I'm thinking propane or dual- Price range is under $250 and go!

You know, my friend swears by the Masterbuilt electric smoker. On a recent trip to Texas, the local Uber driver said electric smokers work very well as well.

I'm thinking about an electric smoker myself.
