Incrediants needed:
1. Two slices of white or wheat bread.
2. Jar of creamy peanut butter....Skippy preferably.
3. Jar of Mayo or Mirical Whip will do.
Directions:
1. Spread creamy peanut butter evenly, but thick, on one slice of white or wheat bread.
2. Spread Mayo on the other slice of white or wheat bread evenly, thin to medium.
Note: Use the same kind of bread for both the slices.
3. Now, put the two slices together.
You are ready to eat:
"A PEANUT BUTTER AND MAYO SANDWICH!" ( An old Pennsylvania Dutch recipe handed down from my Mother's Side)
A tip: It always tastes good with potatoe chips and a cup of milk. Potatoe chips can be put inbetween the two slices or can be on the side. Toasting it before spreading the peanut butter and mayo tastes delicious as well.
