Just curious how many people have decided not to wear a wedding band next to their e-ring. I don''t know how much it is or isn''t done in the PS community. In the general population, I almost never see women wearing just an engagement ring after they''ve gotten married. It''s something Leon would like me to consider doing, but FH is very traditional and prefers a wedding band as well. I am undecided on my opinion, so thought I''d ask.

I actually prefer the look of a solitaire alone but personally I would wear a wedding band with it after marriage otherwise it would feel like something is ''missing''. Even if I didn''t wear a band on my left hand I''d still wear it on my right. There are some women here who have wedding sets by Leon and still wear the rings together and some wear the band on their right hand instead.

I have a 3-sided pave from Leon and he does warn against anything rubbing against the stones. I have a band that I wear as it just feels odd to wear the ering by itself. So I wear them together and take my chances however I don''t wear the pave ering 24/7 and certainly take it off when I am involved in housecleaning or rougher activities where it might be damaged.

I have many friends that wear their wedding bands on their right hand and one who wears her band on her left and her ering on her right. I have other friends that don''t wear their bands all of the time or at all. I used to not like to wear my band with my ering because it felt to wide on my finger and sometimes pinched. It bugged my husband, but he got over it.

I now have a thinner ering and always wear them together.

my first custom ering, I did not, as it was a bypass shaped ring, and I had a slightly wider band with diamonds in the shank to give me both look. My sister has a very wide ering with diamonds in the shank also and she does not wear one. I now wear mine together always with this last reset.

I mix and match, but most of the time I wear my e-ring on my left, and my wedding band on my right.

I NEVER go without my wedding band, whether its on my right or my left hand, its always on me. If I take my e-ring off to do some heavy cleaning, I switch the wedding band over to the left hand to fill the spot.

Occasionally someone will ask me about it. A friend or a stranger. I just tell them "I like the way my engagement ring looks on its own, so I wear my wedding band on my right hand" and I show them. They always just "Oh okay!"

My husband likes the way it looks by itself better too, and he doesnt mind at all. He even said once that now when we hold hands (his left, my right) our wedding bands "click".

I have a pear diamond and it is REALLY hard to find a band that can go with this shape... I have a thin wedding band, there is a gap but I don''t really mind it. I like to wear my Wband next to my Ering. I dislike wearing jewelry on my right hand because I have an extensive floral tattoo on it... So, all on the left ring finger it goes!
