No. VA Insurance?

Can anyone recommend an insurance agent in the No. Va area? We are VA residents but currently live in the UK. I want to insure my ring - but the rates are really expensive here if I add them to our building and contents insurance (ie homeowners insurance) (the dollar to pound sterling exchange rate is terrible).

I did contact one Chubb agent in McLean and they won''t write a stand alone policy.

Any help is great appreciated.
