No Possible way this VS2 could be eye clean - surely a mis grade?

That looks a lot like my 1.25ct round, which has a worse off mapping report but it is eye clean. I would ask their gemologist to look at it and see what he says

You are seeing lots more inclusions under the table due to unfortunate reflections. Virtual inclusions making them appear more than there are. Look how clean under the table is on the plot, but how busy in the video

This is so UGLY diamond! The worst VS2 I have seen!

Not all VE2 are eye clean. Almost all VS1, but certainly not VS2. Also, some inclusions not visible face up may be visible closer than 10 inches or at an angle.

The only way to work it out is to ask or visually see the diamond in person - or an opinion from the gelnologiat/vendor

My own personal experience: many times, there is a fine line between SI1 and VS2, and I’m not certain why. Perhaps, it’s the person grading the stone, perhaps, it’s a toss up between 3 graders, and the majority vote was VS2. Either way, this diamond needs further examination, ASET, IS, and communication with the gemologist. I can honestly say, after seeing the video, my SI2 graded Emerald Cut Diamond looks more eye clean than this...

As Matthews1127 says- there's a fine line between SI1 and VS2- so much so that the best SI1's are way better than the worst VS2's

IMO, there's a different issue in this case.
Speaking from experience- when using these high tech cameras, one big issue is how to get the stone perfectly clean, I fingerprint on the pavilion will totally screw up clarity assessment. That might be the case with the video in question.
