Newbie special ordering engagement ring...HELP!!!

Hey everybody!

I've done as much research as I can about diamonds and I got one that I LOVE. Now I'm looking for the perfect setting. My girlfriend wants this ring in yellow gold. The store can have it done in yellow gold but I'm nervous about buying something without seeing the final product (since it's a special order there's no return policy)...especially when I'm no expert on what a good diamond ring should look like. I'm thinking about ordering this ring in yellow gold with a white gold head. The small diamonds around the base of the head have small gold prongs. I'm assuming I would get those in white gold as well? I don't trust my own judgement on something that I'm so unfamiliar with. Do you think this special order will look alright?

Unfortunately not. That's why I'm concerned. My girlfriend LOVES this ring but wants it in yellow gold. I'm worried about special ordering it with yellow gold and a white head before seeing for sure what it'll look like. I'm hoping someone with better judgement can picture what I'm aiming at and tell me if that sounds dumb or if it will look nice.

I have such a hard time "picturing" things.
I wonder if you could photoshop the pictured one by coloring it in yellow gold LOL

It will look great! Keep the band yellow gold and the head white gold. Can't go wrong with this combination. Post pictures when you get it!
