Newbie on Hearts and Arrows

Hi I'm looking to get a Hearts and Arrows diamond from Brian Gavin. However, are there any other online dealers that sell H&A cuts? I know of White Flash that does it. I'm actually not very knowledgeable so any help will be appreciated! I was wondering are pretty much all ideal cuts from online retailers Hearts & Arrows? Thank you!
