I have questions regarding the fluorescence rating of a diamond.
From what I've read on the web, colorless rated stones are recommended to have a none to slight fluorescence rating.

I was wondering what thoughts the pricescope experts had on this.

I'm currently considering a purchase of the following stone:

Any sugestions / advice would be appreciated

Marquise Brilliant
GIA cert
Color E
VS2
10.07x4.62x2.01
W 0.78 ct
D 60.8%
T 59%
Girdle slthk-thk
Cutlet None
Polish Good

The trade might discount stones with med or strong fluorescence. However, it is a good thing since you will pay less for a stone but see no negative effect at all (assuming the fluorescence is not too strong to make diamond look milky).

The only difference you’ll see is a blue glow in a dark room with UV light but that will make it unique :sun:
