Hi all! I''ve been lurking here for quite a while and am SO glad I found this site. After doing a lot of research (mainly on PS) my BF and I have started the process of creating a custom e-ring and band from Whiteflash. (A design inspired by partly by a Niwaka design seen online. I''m terribly excited!)
I much prefer a petite design and smallish (less than 1 ct), good quality diamonds. We are about to put a deposit down to start the CAD process and the only thing left to be decided is the stone. (I should probably mention we are looking at round solitaires in a semi-bezel style, with the band being about 2mm in width.)
Perhaps this sounds silly, but we are stuck between two stones that are VERY similar in most aspects that I can tell. I''m really not sure where to go from here and I was hoping you very, very knowledgeable people can give me some pointers
I thought all I need to know was the 4 C''s...now there are all sorts of aspects of diamonds that I''m totally clueless about. I would appreciate any guidance at all! Thanks
Honestly I know very little about the different kinds of certification, scopes, etc. If I leave off any pertinent information let me know and I will rectify it.
