Newbie here: Need opinions on this rock

I'm looking at this particular diamond...was wondering if it was appropriate value for the price:

I'm not liking that dark octant in the first image...anyone else agree with that?

I cannot open the link (my cpu settings are being picky), so I can't see the price. The only thing I'd say is that the VVS2 and high colour will probably be a more expensive stone. I personally gravitate toward lower colours/clarity to get more size, but this is a personal preference. I'm sure it will be a beautiful stone. What kind of setting are you thinking? BE does beautiful settings.

The price is about $8700. After staring at the hearts and arrows images for the last day or so, I'm a bit conflicted. I have a few more requests open at the moment for additional images.

I've been leaning towards some sort of tapered trellis setting, most likely going with platinum. They seem a bit more pricey on BE, but they're supposedly handmade (not sure what the value of that is exactly).
