Newbie buying diamond for proposal

HI all...
im from Malaysia...nice to meet all of u.

Im currently hunting for a diamond to fit into a ring
for my proposal. I did some reading and understand
the important of the 4 C's. I have also found a reputable
diamond seller....i have narrow down to 2 diamond
i need some suggestion...

Im looking for a diamond which sparkels the most
and is the most brilliant....

may i know which is a better buy ?
and what if price is not a matter which one will it be ?

I would go with the 1st one...slightly larger and less expensive. However, unless you are very color sensitive or high color is important to you, I think you can go down to G/H and possibly get slightly larger in size. Everyone's priorities are different though...certainly looks like a lovely diamond!

They are both AGS Ideal cut, so both will be great diamonds! They should look almost identical, so it is just a matter if knowing one is higher clarity and color is worth paying the extra money. The prices are a little higher than you could buy them for here, but when you factor in the international shipping, you are probably okay buying where you are.

size is my second concern.

actually if i would buy it online which website would you guys recomand?
i have browse thru whiteflash.com, jamesallen.com, bluenile.com..
is thier pricing ok ?

all of those websites are reputable and the two options you already have look great! the cut looks excellent.
