I'm new to the site and to the quality of diamond's. If a diamond is GIA certified and one is IGI certificate. When a IGI appraiser appraise a diamond can he tell if its a real diamond? Please Help

I'm sorry I'm not understanding all your concerns. Can you I ask that you re-state and give a little more detail? Then we would be able to help you better.

Not all appraisers are the same, but most can tell a diamond from a non-diamond given the right tools.

If you are looking at two different diamonds, please stick with GIA graded diamonds only.

To answer your concern, yes IGI does have the technology to gauge if the diamond is real or not.
