New to diamond buying and need some help assessing a stone

Hi Everyone....I am finally in the market for an engagement ring and hoping someone could help me evaluate a stone I have picked out. I ran it through the HCA tool and it gets good results but I am concerned about the inclusions shown on the GIA report. Since I would be buying online, I am a little concerned about not being able to see it in person. Could someone tell me if this is a good stone? I am looking to be in the $10k rage for the stone w/o setting. I have attached the GIA report

A little deep (62.8%) for most people, but I like the small table on a high crown...
