I dont do chic getaways or dreamy honeymoons, and none of my travel is worry-free (I wish)! Lots of stress with possibly missing flights,
delays, getting through customs, the unexpected, etc.

FYI...Most of my trips are hiking/park trips.

I did look at the places the NZ govt don't recommend we go and it's still a big world out there

It would be exceptionally good value for Americans right now to visit Australia or NZ

We are taking a trip with 15 year old granddaughter through the Rockies in a couple of weeks. Heaven help us - a teenager!

The largest they ever found was a long octahedra Karl, it slipped through the grizzly crusher longwise and survived until the dopey cutters wrecked it. It now lives in the Melbourne Museum 6 miles away.
It was donated out of shame.

The US Rockies or the Canadian Rockies (or both)? I'm jealous! This sounds like such a fun trip...hopefully the 15-year-old
realizes how lucky she is to get to travel and enjoy other countries!

What a wonderful trip! I was hoping you might get into Utah for some of their incredible beautiful places, but you have been there and know where you want to take your granddaughter. I also keep hoping you will come to the mountains of Idaho so I can show you some of the places I treasure, such as Stanley Lake.

2026 is planned out Wink, but a ski trip SunValley, Jackson, BigSky is a possability for 2027
