Hey, everyone. First off, thanks to those who took the time to view/respond to my previous thread. I've been reading a lot about J-color stones here and am now loking at those, given that I can get a little more bang for my buck. That said, would anyone like to comment of these? The first three have been sent out for IdealScope (a Scope on the fourth one was not available, but a Customer Service Rep recommended it). Thanks.

My personal choice would be #2 based on the video alone as there's no cert in the listing. Then #3. First stone seems slightly hazy in the video so would ask JA if that's how it looks IRL. Last one faces up smaller than others and I wouldn't pay for VVS1.

I agree with babymonster -- I like #2. :))

Thanks to the both of you. I located the cert for #229229, from the JA rep. Should I be worried about the 'cloud', 'crystal', and 'needle' clarity comments?

No, nothing to be worried about. These are just names for the type of inclusions. It looks eye-clean on James Allen's site, so I wouldn't be concerned about any of those inclusions.

Will you be seeing the stones in person? I wouldn't by a J without actually seeing it in person.

Looks like that stone was graded back in 2008 so it could be a stone that someone upgraded on. I would ask them to verify that the stone has not changed since it was graded. Make sure there is no damage to it.

Thank, everyone.

momhappy - no, I will not be seeing them in person (only the one that I ultimately order and receive). Hoping the video on the JA site is pretty accurate.

pfunk - good advice...I hadn't thought of that. Will do.
