We are having a Memorial day cookout/pool party here on the 23rd. My SO is one of 6 boys and ALL the boys will be here (ages ranging from 19-26) and they will all be inviting friends. Knowing the guys, that''s probably 10+ people for each of them. SO''s family will be here too.

Yesterday, I was talking about how I need to work on my tan before the party so I don''t blind people with my pale-ness. (Darn my Irish skin!) And SO goes, I don''t think they''ll be looking at your skin. I''m like what else would they be looking at? Look at me, I''M SEE THROUGH! LOL!

Although the way I read it could mean another option as well. Not tha he will propose on the day of your BBQ, but that he will have already proposed prior to your BBQ, using the event as an outlet to announce to everyone in person, hence the attention solely on the ring already on your finger?
