New IDJ diamond tennis bracelet snagging?

Hi all- I just purchased a 5.4ctw three prong diamond tennis bracelet from IDJ for my 10th wedding anniversary, and I received it yesterday. It's beautiful! I have worn it a total of about 24 hours, and it has already snagged on multiple things. For those of you with IDJ tennis bracelets or versions from other vendors, do you find that your prongs catch on things? I don't know if it's a minor finishing issue or something that's just par for the course?

I did call Luann at IDJ to inquire about this, and she said that it shouldn't be catching on things and that I should send it back to have them re-polish it. I haven't owned a diamond tennis bracelet previously, so I just wasn't sure what was usual.

It sure of mm size but 5 carats. Here is better pic of closure. Honestly it’s so comfortable I haven’t taken it off. The snagging should be easily remedied
