Hi everyone,
I''m pretty new here. I''ve basically just been reading everyone''s posts and trying to soak up as much info as I can. It''s kind of scary making such a big purchase online. But we found this one diamond that looks kind of appealing. Of course I''m nowhere near an expert like all of you, so I would love to hear everyone''s thoughts on it.

I''m especially concerned about the depth and the thin girdle. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks in advance for any input!

Not that I can see... and the bunch of stats leave little to the imagination.

Girdle is perfectly fine, and depth is acceptable, possibly not optimal.

Many people here will tell you to go by the numbers, but if the stone is a good price in your opinion, and it fits your criteria, I say go for it...Excellent polish, excellent symmetry, and excellent colr and clarity, sounds lovely to me! Good luck!!!

Maui,

Actually, by the numbers, it looks aces to me, having run it against the HCA, showing a 1.1 TIC, with xxx vg, and also priced favorably, if my math is right, adding even a 5% premium for its size against one of the lowest priced com-parables, on a per carat basis....seems like a relative find to me.

Review the tutorial here to gain confidence. Where''d you find it?

Best wishes,
