New GOG AV OEC round <3

Oh, and the Specs:

GOG AV OEC 1.18 M VVS2 (I prefer J and lower color, and I'm somewhat clarity sensitive) in an 18k yellow gold Tacori 2299. Needless to say, this is by far my most beloved piece of jewelry.

Here it is in its box. This was taken with a red camera so that''s why there are small red specks sometimes.

Showing color from the side. This is the only time the colorless side stones stand out against the M color. They match quite well together in real life (since the side stones are small). The only time I go "whoa, colorless accent stones with faintly tinted center" is from an inch away from the side, which is a rare viewing angle. I was a tad worried about the color difference before I got it, but it worked out very well (imo).

Just for kicks I will attach the mockup I made in photoshop before I ordered it to get a feel for what it would be like. Cheesy and extreme? Yes, but it helped me visualize.

The back story is that fiancee transferred $ to my account in late 2009 in order for me to "just pick what I wanted" lol. Basically I was always eyeing this cut but didn't really know what shape I wanted or if I wanted H&A, then we had a job cut scare that ended up being okay. By that time, I had fully and completely fallen in love with this cut, so I put this on hold, then there was some confusion with a Stuller setting wherein they gave Marie an erroneous price or something. It ended up being a blessing since it made me realize I really wanted the Tacori. Now I am "official."
