New F, AGS0 Ideal cut Diamond looks white, normal? Thanks!

Dear all,

My wife just got a new diamond, color F, AGS ideal cut (3-0). It does shine and bling.
The only concern we have is that the stone itself looks white to us, especially under the indoor light. Honestly, we expected a more colorless/transparent diamond.

Is this normal? should we be concerned?

yes that is normal...it is reflecting white light back to your eye. I assume it does not look 'milky white' but more of a 'bright white'? You may also notice that it looks different in different lighting (cloudy day, inside, outside, sunlight...) all of that is totally normal.
