I''ve selected a setting (Tacori 2620 round w/ pave band) & just started looking at loose stones. After to a visit to a local jeweler I narrowed it down to two stones, which I think look great in person, however I''m a little worried that the EGL "Ideal" is not an actual ideal cut after browsing this site & reading that the EGL is a little more lenient than GIA. Are these a good buy for the price? Would love any advice on these two stones....
Also, the EGL #s I copied down from the front of the certificates are not coming up on either the EGL USA or EGL International verification sites. Any idea why this would be? (Both #''s start with 924, maybe I copied down the wrong #?)
