Mine is "chonky", as it reminds me of fluffy, chubby and beautiful animals that I see in memes etc..

Sounds better than chubby and chunky too.

How about anyone else?

DK :))

So I had to look this up as I am not current with new words.

Hellacious. I use that. Didn't realize it wasn't a word til 2020 and I have been using it for longer than that.

I hate chillax LOL and IIRC irregardless became a valid word. Ugh.

I make words up all the time but I don't think they ever become official.

I call my DH boobylonio and AFAIK that is not a word. But I use it all the time. :)

There are other words I have made up that I cannot think of at this time.

@dk168 love the word chonky but I have never used it. I love the word chunkalicious and use that often.

Lately we've been enjoying "doggo." Not sure how new that is, though.

I love the word chonky too!
There's a chonky raccoon that's been visiting us lately. He eats the sunflower seeds the birds miss.

We use doggo all the time. We pass dogs when cycling and we always say hey doggo:)

Some days i just shake my head and laugh around here
But never in anyway unkind
You guys just give me a smilie and a chuckle

The first time i hear someone say doggo i will probably faint from lack of oxygen from laughing and snorting but then i promise to come here and tell you all

He/she is gorgouse
Can you keep them as pets like a doggo ?

My kids use "big boy" all the time.

I have enjoyed the nickname The ‘Ro ‘Ro for Covid  I mean, we gotta laugh or we’d cry.

We’ve been using Rona in place of COVID. Like when one of us coughs or has to blow their nose, we like to say...”Is that you, Rona?” You have to laugh, man. :lol-2:

These aren’t that recent but I still like them:

1. Sus as short for suspicious. It sounds funny.
2. Snek makes snakes sound a lot cuter than most are.

I am not chonky, just fluffy.

My Jess enjoying the morning winter sun in the garden.

@Daisys and Diamonds hope this would help to brighten your day a bit.

I say “legit” all the time. Legit, I say it all the time. Or “literally”. I literally say legit all the time. Then i end everything with, ”True story.” :rodent:
