Hello, I've researched and taught myself as much as I can but still am torn between clarity issues.

I'm looking to get an engagement ring and am in debate between the following. I'm looking to get the most sparkle and wow factor for my budget of hovering around $2,000. I'll be purchasing online. My goal: super sparkle and shine, eye clean. The debate is between a few diamonds:

What vendor are you using? I would recommend using one that can give you magnified images of the stone and idealscope or aset images. These are both 60/60 type stones and will have a slightly different visual appearance than a more Tolkowsky ideal cut. It's difficult to give you more information than that based on just the report.
 
Can you elaborate on what a 60/60 type stone signifies? Besides it being the depth/table percentages.
