Many say they won''t ever upgrade. . .I was searching around and came across a thread of mine saying I would never upgrade my .41 pendant and here I am looking into bigger options! lol

https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/the-wf-bellerina-pendant-for-smaller-diamond.70832/

Guess I won''t post about how I won''t be upgrading any of my other diamonds. . .

So, just a thought. . .be sure you think about your options before purchasing from anyone.

Great thread, MC! I couldn''t agree more.

All newbies reading this forum who are deciding between vendors should carefully review the vendors'' return policies and upgrade policies.

Even if you think you will never upgrade, you and/or your beloved may decide, after living with a diamond for a while, that it''s just not what you expected.

This is what happened to me. I am so glad the vendor I chose (Wink and Infinity) allowed me to change out my stone for a different color after a few months of wearing it, without requiring me to spend double what I paid for the stone and without giving me a hassle about how much time had elapsed since I''d purchased the stone.

Good upgrade policies are worth their weight in gold....I mean diamonds!

I agree - An upgrade policy is a pre-requisit for any vendor I purchase from.

MC-You are too cute! Can''t wait to see your new upgrade though

Agreed. Better to be safe than sorry.

And it only took 2 years, 3 months!

I honestly thought this was going to be about your engagement ring because of your recent debate about upgrading either your necklace or your engagement ring.

Yeah, I just can't bare to switch my little eng. stone into a pendant at this time. The pendant will look about twice as big as my eng. stone. Different look, but not a huge deal to me

Eventually I'd love to have an eng. stone around .80-.90. . .maybe for my 20th anniversary or something. Who knows.

I looked at your thread. Your new pendant is lovely. BTW, it took 20 years for me to upgrade my original sapphire engagement ring to a diamond ring, so I think you''ve got a reasonable plan

No pendant or studs for me for a long while, though. The hubby has yet to get over the shock of the ring (though I catch him admiring it!).

The bellerina is pretty. . .that''s just a picture from the WF site, though, not mine

It''ll take a while as I''ve only found one stone I like and it may be gone by the time my current stone is assessed.

Hope you can get some studs sometime! If I had to chose only two diamond items, they would include an eng. ring and studs.

Oh, I see. So you're trading your stone in and you'll get a larger stone for the pendant. I hope you find what you want without having to wait too long. I'll keep an eye out for you SMTR thread when you get the upgrade

And I would love some studs. I'd wear them all the time! Maybe for my 25th anniversary...

hee hee.. PS can really come back to haunt you! At least enough time elasped that people weren''t flaming you when you decided to upgrade

. Those type of threads crack me up... ''Wait MC, I thought you would never upgrade? What happened, are you having emotional problems? What are you avoiding?" tee hee

I can''t wait to see your new pendant!

So true. I never thought I`d upgrade... and here I am with a 1st upgrade behind me. Will I upgrade again in the future? I`m not saying no...
