I cannot imagine six years have passed. Such a terrible day for the US and so many other countries.

The day the dead cried out for justice

The day the evil hit us square in the face.

For the purpose to "NEVER FORGET"...
One must stop the opposition against the war on terror!!!

Only the war on terror ''might'' lower the chances of another attack on the free world!!! Only might....

I could never forget the horrors of that day......watching the towers fall from my classroom was heartwrenching and very terrifying. And actually knowing people who died in the towers was even worse.

GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!

When I look at my children I wonder what kind of world they are growing up in.

Then I remind myself that for every one terrorist - there are hundreds of thousands of decent, hard working, honourable, loving, caring people.

This gives me hope.

My oldest son was two weeks from his first birthday on September 11, 2001. He is now about to turn 7-years-old and just started first grade... a testament to the legacy of the lives lost. As I mother him today, my heart will be big and strong.

Storm: what a nice tribute to the memories of those we lost on this terrible day 6 years ago. I will never forget what happened, as I must drive by the Pentagon on my way to work. None of us will be the same, but I think maybe we are stronger.

No, rainbowtrout, you are not. I honor the tributes to those lost on this day six years ago and I would have said nothing, but I am against capital punishment for religious reasons.
