Ruby, this guy is another Scalia.. I don't want a conservative, I don't want a liberal, I want a judge who interprets the constitution fairly and can back up their opinion. I would like a Souter, or an O'Connor, a jurist.

I find it totally wrong and unfair that this republican congress did not look at Garland, if he's too liberal (I didn't think so but I am a progressive).. Then we need to find another. This more than anything makes me disgusted by republicans, their disrespect to Judge Garland was appalling and disrespectful.
