Need your help/advice with RB purchase

Hi!

I'm working with a jeweler that found a diamond for my budget and it looks nice to me. I've been educating myself for quite a while but as this is quite a high value purchase I would love to get an opinion from people who have better knowledge in this subject.

I'm adding a pic with the specs and a link to the video of the diamond.

Any advice and thoughts are appreciated!

Those numbers can work. Unfortunately, in this case, the pavilion is wonky and unevenly cut. A few leaky spots as well.

Thanks everyone for your comments! I guess I'll have to ask the jeweler to find another one to be on the safe side.
