Its got a really high pavilion angle so would not be considered a top cut stone.

You can run it through the HCA tool. Any stone that scores 2 or less is worth a further look.

Here is a much better cut, noticeably larger F color that will also be eye clean for the same price. You can do better with that budget online, but if you want to buy local I would keep looking. That is a high pavilion angle. Local selection in that color and size will be limited I would guess.
