A local jewler selling this ston for $29,500, is this a good price? Is tyere anything i shoukd be concern about? Thank you for your help.

Not finding anything in an F in your price range.

This one is over your budget but does give added size for a well cut stone, so I'll throw it out there.

Here is a much better cut, noticeably larger F color that will also be eye clean for the same price. You can do better with that budget online, but if you want to buy local I would keep looking. That is a high pavilion angle. Local selection in that color and size will be limited I would guess.
