Hello Everyone,

Have been patiently observing the great dialogue that goes on this board, and am so excited to finally post now that I have narrowed down my choice to two diamonds.
But, being that this is my first and (hopefully only) e-ring purchase, I would love to get feedback in comparing the numbers/looks of these 2 beauties from WF. Both are at the max of my student-sized budget, and I''m sure either would make my girl very very happy.

Thanks so much in advance.

I like the size and clarity better on the second one. Good luck on your choice - either one should be wonderful!

I will go for with the second one too! Not that I know so much about diamonds.

There isn't a much as a hair splinter between these. At least on paper one can argue for #2, I guess... forget the "brand".

Call whiteflash and have Brian pull out the 2 diamonds and talk over them with you.
Them both being from whiteflash is a huge advantage as Brian can have both of them in front of him and eyeball them for you.

From the reports that have came back from others that have done this you will not be disapointed.

Brian knows diamonds and has gained a reputation for being very honest when discussing their diamonds.

I agree.

I like #2 better on paper. Both look nice. How much is the extra $200.00 going to stretch you?

I agree with the crowd...if the $200 is within your budget and not a big strecth, I'd talk them over with Brian and see what he says. On paper, I like the second one better, but let Whiteflash be your eyes before you make the final decision.

Thanks so much for the advice everybody! The price difference between the two is not a problem, the extra 200 is fine, I'm just looking to get the most fire, sparkle along with size and quality.

I like the second one b/c it is slightly larger and a notch better on clarity. I ran both through the "cut advister" on the site and they are neck and neck. But, the branding of the ACA is factoring in, and the sparkle factor of the H&A has made me think that I should only look at their ACA line. I wonder what the difference will be when its set in platinum. It seems like a tough choice to me.

I will definetly put in a call to Brian to get his opinion, as I see how much respect he gets by all of you here.

I like #2 as well. The ideal scope image looks good, and it has a larger diameter -- 5.125 vs. 4.92mm.

If size is a concern of yours, I'd probably drop the color a few grades and go for a larger size. That's just my take. You could probably go to a G or an H with practically no visable difference, but the bigger size would certainly be noticable.

#2, if I had to choose. However, I also agree that maybe if you talk to Brian you can come down a bit in color and see if you can get something larger.
