Need to Re-Size E Ring - 1/2 infinity in Miami

My fiance's E Ring is about a 1/2 size too big and i would like to get it resized and appraised in Miami. It is a /2 Infinity with an Oval Elevated Halo. I was hoping / wondering if anyone had any recommendations of where i could do this work here in Miami...
