My dilemma...my fiance and Whiteflash designed this stunning engagement ring of mine...a .73 I VS2 AGS0 princess solitaire in a kite setting. Its perfect. Now that wedding planning is under way, I am really struggling with wedding bands - I want no diamonds (only white gold,) and would like it to sit flush against the e-ring and still maintain the delicate look. The e-ring is tapered, if you can''t tell from the pics. I understand this will need to be a custom wedding band due the reasons mentioned below.
My big issue here is, as you''ll notice from the side shot, the band will have to have some sort of groove, or not be a full circle (i.e. like the letter "C" with a small opening), or somehow work around/through/over/into the "basket" which extends outward and lies nearly flat against my finger.
My second issue is if it DOES have a notch/groove to curve around the extending basket, I don''t want to see this part of the band when looking down on the diamond, from above - I want it to be skinny enough that I only see the diamond.
Can Whiteflash work their magic and make this work? I would like the band to look like it was made for the e-ring. Could I get this done for $1,000 or less?
