Need Some Helps With Diamond Selection

I am current looking for a princess diamond around $8000. I dont want to sacrifice the cut quality so I would try to stay with excellent cut. Diamond weight is 1 cat. What I am unsure for is how to balance between the clarity and colour. Here are the two diamonds that I looked at.

Which one is more preferred? Or should I lower both clarity and colour to pick up a larger diamond? Thank for the advices

With GIA-certed princess stones, you don't have any cut assessment, which is the most important aspect of a stone. To make an informed decision, you would need more information.

Here is an option that has confirmed/certed Ideal light performance, equally eye-clean, is a considerably larger size, and is almost $1k less expensive:

This is a good one. Thanks. If cut cannot be used for part of decision, when what do I have to look for that equivalent to cut grade? Or maybe change to a different grading scheme?
