need some advice on these diamonds

I am fairly new, I have reading and learning from PS and GOG. I was initially looking at 1 carats with high color (D-F), but now i am thinking of slightly bigger carat, lower in color with clarity no less than VS2.

I am worried about some of the inclusions on the listed diamonds. I read feather inclusion can affect diamond durability if they are near the surface or is close to the girdle?

Appreciate any advice.

Welcome!

First of all, BG signature diamonds are great stones, so you have chosen some nice ones!

I prefer VS1 clarity for myself, but I think F VS2 is going to outweigh H VS1 since color is going to be more easily seen than clarity. The F stone is two color grades higher and only one clarity grade lower, so many would say it is the better choice. I personally have no problem with H VS1, though.

Of the final three stones, I would take this one primarily because it has the largest diameter:

The F and G are a toss up for me. One has a higher crown angle and larger table and the other has a lower crown angle and smaller table.

I think I'd ask them which one has the best clarity from top and sides even with 10x magnification. That would help me decide.

one thing i am concerned about the F colored diamond is that it scored slightly above 2 on the HCA tool while the G option you selected scored 1.4. Should i just pick between the Gs ?

Pick the biggest. Or pick the cheapest. They are all going to be stunning.
