Hi everyone,
Tim from GoodOldGold has found me an emerald cut. I have it reserved. Do you guys think it looks good? Here is the link:

http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/2056

Note that the table% is a typo. The GIA report shows the accurate one. Opinions are appreciated.

Cheers

I have fixed the link. It should work now.

Thanks. I seem to be having trouble with the link.

That is a really pretty EC- I love the angles and the cut corners. I say go for it!

My only concern is that the table is at 85% and the crown % is less than 10%....I don''t know how that will affect the overall performance of the diamond.

Here it is....when you look at the stats on the right side of the ring, that window actually scrolls down and you see the following information.

table % on GOG is a typo

table is actually 66%, a 10% crown is more critical on asschers than EC that one has a fairly shallow pavilion that matches up well with the shallowish side crown.
Should show a lot of fire and the light return is excellent.
With a deep pavilion it would be more of an issue.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone. Once again, the table % is apparently a typo.

looks like a terrific stone! I love EC''''s
