no angles, it''s listed at engagementringsdirect.com

Well, without at least angles, it''s really hard to say. Have you called to see if you can get any other info?

I will call and ask for crown and pavillion angles.

Spock here. The report check feature from GIA will identify all.

I like it. It's not standard, but an FIC .8...like my wife's.

See cut advisor under tools above for analysis, and the tutorial above under knowledge for perspective.

Regards,

edited to add...somewhat comparables on this board cost $7100. Is this price downgraded because it's an older cert? Consider snapping it up, if you can return it after an appraiser evaluates it.

crown angle 36
crown heigth 15.5
Pavillion Angle 40 degrees
Pav depth 42%
Star length 50%
lower half 80%

thank you Regular guy!

Naughty...you haven''t read either section I pointed you to.

Now I must give you the vulcan grip.

After you come to...read them.

Then read this.

It used to be they were approx 2 in 1000. Now, with new standards for AGS0...there are surely many more per 1000...but still rare-ish...

Ira, I did the cut advisor and it showed me the FIC .8, however, in the tutorial under knowledge what do you mean by perspective?

I dunno...big picture, way to understand and fit the nuanced pieces together. A sense & understanding that this site has a focus on cut...probably, and opinionated about it. So as to know what .8 means anyway, and why this might be good. (...though, to know why it may not be ideal...do some searches).

Or ask here...why a .8 FIC may not be ideal. You'll hear.
