Need opinion on these princess diamond specs.

I have done some homework and narrowed my search to the specs on this princess cut diamond. I am still a little hung up with the depth, table, crown and girdle. The numbers are "within" good symmetry guidelines but I am still unsure.

Would like to know if this diamond would be a good pick based on the numbers below and if the price is OK?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you could buy the BN stone, and have an appraiser choose between it (5.97 mm^2,) this ttp://www.exceldiamonds.com/diamond/24095.html (5.95 mm^2) and this http://www.infinitydiamonds.be/diamond.php?ID=104 (5.96 mm^2,) then it seems to me you stand a good chance of ending up with a nice stone.
