Need opinion on a EC stone

I''m new and need some help! Help me. I am looking at a stone and thinking about purchasing it. What do y''all think? Here are the specs. The stone is squarer than a traditional EC cut. It has 10 extra Facets. It is definately more brilliant and has more sparkle than a traditional cut EC. The cost of the stone is $10,398.00. I thank you all.

Hm. Hard to tell. 80% seems large to me, especially for a squarish EC. I'd think it would be rather glassy. What kind of cut is it advertised as? If it's some branded cut, the normal rules may not apply.

I just found out the Table is 80%. Let me know what your thoughts.
