Need opinion between two Cushion Cut and one Asscher Diamond

Hi Everyone,
So I would like to get your opinions on these two cushion cut diamonds. As you can tellmy budget is under $3500 for the center stone.
I would like a "square-ish" diamond in the 1.1-1.25 carat range.

First stone: Smaller carat and I color. But better depth/table

Second stone: Larger carat and H color. But poorer depth/table

Any other stones you could recommend in this range. I do like Asscher cut stones because they are "unique" and not seen everyday and I feel like she would like that. But I heard you need a bigger carat weight to appreciate it. Care to chime in?

Also how big of a difference visually is depth/table???

Your budget allows for something .8-1.0 range unless you go with a lower clarity or color.
