I am in Denver. The bench jeweler I have used is closing up shop.

Any suggestions for good and reasonably priced bench? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I've used and been happy with Visions In Gold in Wheat Ridge. (Not sure what part of town you're in) He's quoted me a rather high price for a stone recut, but he reset my little yellow diamond for a very reasonable price - just a new head. What jeweler's closing?

Oh, also Rocky Mountain Gems (I think that's the name now - it was changed a while back) in Arvada. A friend has used J. Albrecht in the Louisville/Superior area, but I'm not sure how 'reasonable' he is. Does beautiful work tho.

Thanks to both of you.

Tulpers is closing. He did settings, repairs, etc for all the stores that did not have a bench. I have been going to him for years.

Oh, that's a shame. I used to go to Broomfield jewelers but they were bought out by Timothy's - reasonably priced for work, but I'm not a big fan.
