Need Loupe Troop Help!

I hope someone can guide me here! I got a new iPhone and all passwords that were saved were lost. On Loupe Troop, when I click “Forget Password” and receive email to reset it, it opens page “Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to server”

I’ve tried everything, including calling Apple Support and was told it is the site and not on my end. Can the powers that be help me out?

This is most likely a browser issue and you might have something blocked. If you have another browser (google chrome, firefox) you can try to go through that. Or if you have a smartphone try it on that. But I am also not an expert but have run into this.

Have tried Chrome and anything else I can think of to no avail. Thank you though!

@lovechild I still have not receive the email to even change the password and this was hours ago. :O

I had this issue a few months ago and ended up just guessing my password and got it right after about 50 tries.

I also never got the password reset email, either. Really frustrating.

I received a ton of reset-your-password emails from LT (albeit they go to my junk folder) but the problem is clicking the reset password link in the email which takes me to the Safari cannot open page… no matter which browser I use. Argh! Frustrating!

Try right clicking on the link to copy the link address (URL). The paste it directly into the web address section of your browser.

If that doesn't work, try doing it in incognito mode.

(Most email reset passwords expire so try this with a new one)

Ditto @lilmosun and @AnastasiaBeaverhausen.
Right click the link to Copy Link Address, open a new Incognito Google browser session, paste the link address into that new window. Works fine, I had to do it myself a couple days ago.
