need input on engagement ring decision! :)

Hi everyone, after months of off-and-on lurking, I'm finally ready to begin the engagement ring decision - and I'd like your input! My girlfriend has shown a preference for an engraved band, like this: http://www.tacori.com/Engagement-Rings/10937

I think she likes the milgrain on the edge, too. I'm wondering if Tacori is worth the price premium in this case? And if not, what other options would you suggest for that type of ring style?
