Warning: long
I''m currently in the process of redesigning my e-ring- I found a local B&M and decided to have a Michael B. lace inspired setting made. I went to see the wax yesterday and decided it didn''t have enough bling for me. So I went back today and after looking around, trying on different rings (yes, the horror of more diamonds), I decided to have the setting made into a half eternity pave. Now I''m home, and thinking I should have asked about making it into a shared prong half eternity because my wedding band is channel set. To illustrate:
My wedding band is nearly identical to Logan Sapphire''s:
Currently, my e-ring will be designed to feature a paved shank like Scintillating''s:
I liked how the two styles looked together- I don''t like matching sets but the channel set band and pave e-ring setting played off each other nicely.
I searched through the archives and found bluej422''s shared prong e-ring and love it:
Do you think I should stick to the pave or go back (for the third time
) and go for the shared prong?
