Need help with this diamond

Depending on my budget, I chose this one. However, there are feather in it. My friend says it will infect its durability.

Is this diamond worth its price and worth to be purchased?

Your friend needs to come here for a diamond education, then! I can assure you, any feathers or other inclusions in a VVS2 are so minute that you can't see them with a loupe. So you have no worries whatsoever about durability!!!

The diamond looks good! I am assuming staying in the colorless range and VVS is important to you. Otherwise I would recommend going to VS1 because you can't see inclusions in it, either. If you wanted to go to a larger size, you could look at F-G color and VS1. But if a carat is the size you want, you have chosen a stone that will probably be nice! The only thing I do not like about Blue Nile is that they don't provide pictures or idealscope images, but more than likely the stone will be great!
