Need help with Jewlers Mutual

It is the weekend and I just got a letter from Jewlers Mutual saying that they did not recieve all the proper information and my diamond was not insured. I called up just last week to double check to make sure all the information was there since I did not recieve my insurance papers and the person on the phone said I was good to go.

With that in mind, I really am scared that something might happen this weekend and I will be without insurance. Do any of the Jewlers Mutual people post here on the weekends? Is there anything I can do before Monday to make sure that my ring is safe?

You will need to contact them Monday morning. What did you not get sent to them?

P.S. Be very careful with your diamond this weekend!
 

Professor: I saw your post this morning. Please contact our customer service folks at 888 884-2424 so we can get this cleared up. I am guessing that the missing item is the insurance evaluation or appraisal. Did you send that via email, fax, or postal service?

Thanks for the response. I called this morning and everything was squared away. It seems Pricescope is pushing them a lot of business and they are a bit swamped :)
