Need help with Diamond :(

Hi,

I have been looking around for a diamond and I come across this:

Its EGL USA 1.16 cushion 8 main modified cushion F si2, I have been told its eye clean, I am aware of the color downgrade for EGL reports, but I really want to get my girl a bigger rock , and not break my bank, she currently have a 5.5mm * 5.5mm....

What do you guys think of the EGL si2? do you think I should avoid at all cost? its around 4k..

Have you seen the diamond? Do you have pictures of it?

I have not seen the diamond and the online reseller said there is no picture

Then scratch it off the list. You can't choose a cushion without pictures. Some of them are badly cut and never can you get an SI2 stone without seeing a magnified image, either.

Stick with vendors who provide pictures. No other way around that unless you try to find one locally.

I agree, I would pass on this one. You just cannot buy a cushion on numbers alone and you really need a picture and to see it in person if possible or work with a vendor who can eye ball it for you.
