Need help to pick a diamond

Hi everybody,

I am new to this forum and hoping to get advise here to help me decide between two diamonds for my engagement ring. These two diamonds seem identical to me in all aspects.

Also, both of them have feather inclusion. Is that something I should worry about in term of durability?

No problem with feather for either of these stones, not with a VS1 inclusion.

Both IS looks good to me. Hearts, #1 looks slightly not symm. No hearts image for #2.

Hi Eleanor and welcome,

VS1 feathers should not normally be an issue, both diamonds look very nice but one of the hearts is a bit smaller than the others in the image for the first diamond but unless you are set on perfect hearts for a h&a stone then it is still a very acceptable choice, it depends on what you want. The hearts image is needed for the second diamond, you would need to ask JA to get it for you.

Thanks a lot for helping me look at it. Here is the heart image for #2. Does this look better? Or I should be really indifferent between the two.
