Hello! On the hunt for a diamond for an engagement ring. What do you think of this one? It's an AGS0 cut grade. I asked for idealscope images and the diamond is on hold for me until I receive the results. For kicks, I put the numbers into the hca tool and it came back 0.5.

As for color and clarity, I was assured by JA that the diamond would be white and the inclusions would not be visible but should I be concerned about how spotty the inclusions look on paper? It's a VS2, but yikes!

What do you think? Go or no go? Thanks in advance for your help!

Okay so. Explain this to me. There is a big picture of the actual diamond and a tool you can drag over it that increases the magnification to 40x and you can, with your own eyes, inspect the stone for inclusions that, to my eyes shows a completely eyeclean stone. But the paper is stressing you out? Stop obsessing. You are good to go on the inclusion front. It's a lovely stone. Congratulations.

For really, though, man. The eyes don't lie. You're taking a stone and magging it up 30x and you still don't see anything... so imagine de-magging it - you will not see anything x 1 million!

That stone's golden unless the IS is eff'ed up!

JA sent me the idealscope image. I think it looks good with lots of red. Is it just me or does the culet looks off-center? Is that something I should be concerned about, even if the diamond is AGS 0 cut grade?
