Need help sourcing a version of Sholdt half bezel

I''m looking for this design but the whole setting being higher, not so squat and with diamonds on the edge of the shank front and back 3/4 way round placed at a 45 degree angle towards the centre of the shank.

Anyone seen anything like this please.
