Need help picking a pendant for Mom

Hello!

I am in the need of a little bit of guidance selecting a diamond pendant for my mom's upcoming 70th birthday this June. My Dad passed away 7 years ago, so since this is such a milestone birthday for my mom I really wanted to get her something special- something she would never buy for herself!

I've spent some time looking online at both WF and BGD, but since I have no experience purchasing from either company I wanted to come here for some advice. I'm on a bit of a time crunch- I leave for Colorado to play in a summer orchestra on June 10th, so I figure I really don't have the time to select a diamond and build a pendant from scratch. I found two pendants that I personally like, but wanted some other ladies' opinions before I purchase. I'd also welcome any personal experience stories about purchasing from WF or BGD. (i.e. what does their packaging look like?, delivered in a timely manner? am I getting a good value for my dollar?)

Again, my mom is turing 70. She wears almost exclusively yellow gold and she has really classic taste.

1) This one has a large garnet, 2 small aquamarines, and 44 diamond melee set in 18K yellow gold. I feel like she would really like this one...

2) This one is .75 TCW with 7 F/G, VS stones in the shape of a flower set in 14K yellow gold. I think she might really like this one too...

Both WF and BGD are very reputable, so pick the one you think she would like the most.

I've ordered from BGD... It was easy. Jamie helped me answered all my questions and it shipped on time. It was boxed beautifully!

I've also worked with Whiteflash on ideas and quotes, think her name was Liza. Very sweet and responsive. In the end I did not place the order so I don't know the rest. Many people are always happy with them too.

ive been in contact with both of those companies, purchased from WF. I can say i love both of their customer service from what ive experienced. Whiteflash (who i bought from) sent me their calendar at the turn of the year, and sense i had mentioned becoming a new mom over the year, they actually sent me Godiva on mothers day!

The WF one seems like more of an everyday piece, but both are lovely! love the YG!
