Which diamond do you like or any better suggestion?

1 if you prefer brightness (white light)
2 if you prefer fire (colored light)

I think they're both very nice examples of AGS's ideal range.

Welcome May!

I would contact James Allen, and get someone who can actually see these diamonds talk you through each, so they can help you find the best one for your needs, they are both potentially good contenders!

Hi JulieN,

Could you elaborate further why #1(white light) and #2(colored light)? I''m still trying to understand. Thanks!

Until Julie comes back, she means that the first diamond's angles and proportions may suggest this diamond is quite brilliant, and could display extra white light.

The second's angles and proportions suggest that this diamond might exhibit extra fire or coloured light. But really it is best to check with your vendor as to whether this is actually the case with each diamond, the diamonds you are considering should be good performers.

See this thread for more info - http://diamonds.pricescope.com/brill.asp

As Lorelei said, the proportions /suggest/ that these stones will handle light that way. However, the pictures look very nice, and they are Ideal cut stones, so both are good choices, IMO.

Any better suggestion in that price range.

What do you think about this one?

Well, the H is nice, too.

They're all good.

Personally, I like the G VS2. G color, good. VS2, good. And if I could get near-FICy with it in a stone this size, I would. 16% crown height
